Michael leads WMM with over 25 years of experience in strategic and project management across various industries globally. His expertise includes project development, facility management, and procurement, with a focus on delivering exceptional results for international brands like Anantara Resort, Belmond Hotel, and Intercontinental Hotel.
Adrian Champion
Adrian brings 25 years of expertise in Business Development, Sales, and Project Management across Southeast Asia, Africa, the UK, and Europe. His experience spans multiple industries, driving growth, strategic partnerships, and successful project execution on a global scale.
Ferry Tanubrata
Ferry, with 15 years of experience in MEP project management, oversees the mechanical, electrical aspects of WMM's projects.
His background in Electrical Engineering and international exposure makes him a key asset in ensuring safety & regulatory compliance.
Erdi Siregar
Erdi brings over 20 years of FF&E and OS&E procurement expertise, particularly within the global hospitality industry. His extensive experience in business development, product & material research, and procurement management has been key to the success of international projects for brands like Aryaduta, Banyan Tree Escape, and Conrad Bali Resort.
Melinda Rachmawati
Melinda, graduated in Civil Structural Engineering, she brings her expertise in project administration and management to WMM. Her role includes ensuring that all international projects comply with rigorous document control and quality assurance processes.
Primasari Bosselaar
Primasari is a seasoned professional with 18 years of experience in administrative, human resources, and general affairs within the hospitality industry. Primasari's ability to connect with people, manage complex tasks, and her solution-based approach are invaluable.
Arjan De Boer
Arjan de Boer Founded WMM due to client requests from Insitu’s clients, who required sourcing support for furniture and operating equipment for developments globally.
Arjan serves as Founding Partner at Insitu Asia, a development & investment firm since 2016. Prior, Arjan served as Senior Vice President of Development and Technical Services at Regent Hotels and Resorts, a hotel group listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange. He previously spent over a decade at Alila Hotels and Resorts, where he was instrumental in developing luxury resorts like Alila Villas Uluwatu, Alila Villas Hadahaa Maldives, and Alila Villas Soori.
Jork Bosselaar
Jork founded WMM in 2024 and is a Founding Partner at Insitu Asia since 2016, a development & investment firm since 2016. With over 20 years of managerial experience in the hospitality industry, Jork has operated and developed hotels and resorts in the Caribbean, Thailand, Oman, and Indonesia. His career includes Aman Resorts, and a nine-year tenure as General Manager at Alila Hotels & Resorts.
